after you submit.

01

We review your inquiry.

Within 48 business hours. No automated reply. A real read of what you've shared.

02

We confirm fit.

If your event aligns with Dr. Hill's calendar and the talk fits your audience, we'll schedule a 30-minute call to align on goals.

03

You receive a tailored proposal.

Scope, fee, deliverables, and a clear timeline. No agency layer. Direct from Suite Dreams.

Before You Submit

Common questions.

What if our date is more than a year out? +
Submit anyway. Dr. Hill books up to 18 months in advance for keynotes and longer for full-day training programs. Earlier is better.
Do I need to know the talk topic before submitting? +
No. The form lets you describe the challenge in your own words — Dr. Hill will recommend the talk that fits, or tailor a variation.
What if budget is uncertain or flexible? +
Pick the closest range. Final pricing depends on format, travel, and length — the call clarifies all of it before any proposal is sent.
Does Dr. Hill travel internationally? +
Yes. She serves clients nationally and internationally. Travel and accommodations are arranged separately and reflected in the proposal.
What if we need a custom workshop, not one of the listed offerings? +
That is welcome. Many engagements start as conversations about a specific operational challenge — the form captures that under 'Purpose and Goals.'
Is the booking inquiry binding? +
Not at all. Submitting the form starts a conversation. No engagement is confirmed until a signed agreement is in place.
Still Have Questions?

Sometimes the right move

is to just talk first.

If the form feels like too much for what you have in mind, send an email instead. We will take it from there.
