Be The Bridge

You did not get here alone. And someone is waiting on you to move.
Think about the Golden Gate Bridge. It did not simply appear out of nowhere.
It stands because of what came before it: a foundation, a vision, and someone who decided to build it.

And once it was standing…….. it became the path that carried future generations to places they would never have reached on their own.

Bryan Nwafor said it perfectly: “I depend on people in generations prior to me. People in generations after me will depend on me.”

Pause on this for a moment:

Every mentor who poured into you.

Every door that opened before you ever knocked.

Every lesson passed down, spoken or unspoken, that shaped how you lead, think, and show up.

That was someone fulfilling their role in the chain, and NOW it is your turn.

The question is not whether the next generation is watching you, because they are. The question is, what are they seeing?

Are you hoarding what you have learned, or building with it?

Are you protecting your seat or creating more seats at the table?

Generational impact is not a destination. It is a decision you make every single day.

Repost if someone built a bridge for you, and you are committed to doing the same.
